  
 Done in a Rayon/Spandex jersey that is soft and stretchy, this sleeveless vest is a fabulous layering piece!! Quite heavy and double layered with lots of gathering and twisted detailing at the edges. Longer in the back for coverage where everyone wants it. Not meant to close in the front but hang open.
