  
 A wonderfully dressy skirt with an all-over embroidery. It is a 2-piece skirt with the underportion gathered with an elastic hem and notch while the over skirt is shorter with a solid cream band at the hemline. It has a partial elastic back and hidden zip closure. Fabric is a lovely embroidered cotton with a subtle shimmer finish. Looks almost like silk.
